SEPHORiA 2026

True to Myself Station at SEPHORiA 2026 for Rare Beauty is the result of a full concept-to-build effort by Pink Sparrow, designed and fabricated entirely in-house to support the launch of the True to Myself Natural Matte Longwear Foundation at Sephoria in Los Angeles.

The activation transformed a blank event floor into a fully immersive subway environment — built around a single unifying idea: that beauty is a journey, and every stop is uniquely your own. A custom Rare Beauty Metro Line map, charting the foundation's shade families as transit routes across an illustrated Los Angeles, set the conceptual tone before guests ever stepped inside.

At the center of the experience sat a walk-in subway car constructed with painstaking attention to detail — fabricated doors with arched windows, deep crimson upholstered bench seating, gold grab rings cast with the Rare Beauty "R" monogram, and a backlit ceiling panel displaying the full foundation lineup. Flanking the car, a curved product try-on counter and a boldly branded newsstand kiosk clad in Rare Beauty's deep rose and cream palette extended the footprint, while a hand-lettered "You Are Rare" tiled wall anchored the space with the brand's core message.

The result was equal parts storytelling, product experience, and high-performing social moment — exactly the kind of physical world Pink Sparrow builds best.
