As part of Airbnb’s Icons series, Pink Sparrow partnered with Verb to create part of a once-in-a-lifetime stay inside one of cinema’s most unforgettable homes: the Deetz Residence from Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. Tasked with bringing a piece of Tim Burton’s universe into the real world, our team executed a meticulous recreation of the home’s exterior. From the mesh shroud that wrapped the structure to the weathered siding and aged detailing, every surface was carefully considered to capture the eerie yet iconic character of the house. The build balanced practical functionality with theatricality, ensuring the space could be both inhabited and photographed as a fully immersive fan experience.

Working hand-in-hand with Airbnb and Verb, Pink Sparrow helped transform the Deetz Residence into a living, tangible set piece—one that celebrated the artistry of the original film while inviting fans to step directly into its world.
